HTC Supplier Onboarding Procedure
To access HTC facilities and offices, a specific appointment with the internal contact is always required.
In the case of access needed for work activities within HTC’s internal areas, the Supplier must also provide the required documentation in advance, following a specific procedure, prior to the scheduled intervention date.

Contractual Requirements
The products and services purchased have a significant impact on the final outcome of our work.
Therefore, our suppliers are required to comply with the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, depending on the type of service, as stated in the purchase order.
Additionally, our suppliers are subject to periodic quality checks and continuous monitoring of their performance.
The achieved results, transparent and accessible at any time, form the foundation for continuous improvement, ensuring the maintenance and development of a mutually beneficial relationship between HTC and its Partners.
Logistics
Goods can be loaded and/or unloaded at the HTC site during the following hours:
Morning: 08:00 / 13:00
Afternoon: 14:00 / 16:30
For suppliers of mechanical processing, the hours may vary and will be specified through specific communications.
Access to the logistics area for loading and unloading is located in the side street of Via Giuliani, 06034 Foligno (PG) – Italy, which is parallel to the main entrance on Via Eugenia Curioli.
