Established in 2006, HTC swiftly became a leader in advanced technology. Our company was founded with the mission of delivering specialized high-tech processes, utilizing state-of-the-art facilities and exceptional technical expertise.
With a team of 50 professionals, we operate in the aerospace, energy, and automotive sectors, offering Electron Beam Welding (EBW) processes, thermal coatings using Atmospheric Plasma Spray (APS) and HVOF technologies, as well as heat treatments and brazing.
We are part of the NCM group
A significant milestone in our history occurred in 2023 when HTC was fully acquired by NCM S.p.A. This acquisition not only strengthens HTC’s market position but also allows us to further expand our expertise and resources, ensuring we continue to deliver high standards and cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Continuously improve with the aim of eliminating accidents and injuries, preventing occupational illnesses, and minimizing all health and safety risks in the workplace.
Ensure that the concept of safety becomes an integral part of the culture of each employee through internal and external communication tools, awareness initiatives, information, and training.
Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for employees and anyone present at company sites, including visitors and third-party contractors.
Raise awareness among all workers about reporting accidents or near-misses, so they can be investigated and analyzed to implement appropriate corrective actions.

Founded in 1988 in Foligno (PG), NCM is a metalworking company that has been striving for excellence for over 35 years in the aerospace and energy sectors. Thanks to its evolution over the years, NCM now offers highly developed technologies chosen by leading global players in the aerospace and power generation sectors. While staying connected to our local area, sharing its principles and values, we operate internationally in the aerospace and energy industries, producing components and assemblies, complete with special processes and functional tests. We are a solid and constantly expanding industrial entity that creates value also through the collaborative network it can rely on.
