Selection process
At HTC, the recruitment process follows a series of specific stages:
- CV analysis and selection: the HR team carefully reviews the received applications and selects the profiles that best meet the company’s needs.
- Interview with HR and the Department Manager: an initial interview is conducted to get to know the candidate better and explore their experience. If necessary, a second meeting with management or a practical test may follow to further assess skills.
- Selection outcome: at the end of the process, feedback is provided regarding the selection result, whether positive or negative.
We actively collaborate with Technical Institutes, Universities and high-level post-diploma technical academies, such as ITS Umbria Academy, to offer internships (both curricular and extracurricular) at our company.
